COMET, ANOTHER RED-NOSED REINDEER

Comet is tired of taking a backseat to Rudolph. He wants to guide the sleigh and feel the wind in his face– not smell Prancer’s “wind!” He has the perfect “game” for Rudolph. Will Comet prove he can guide the sleigh, or will things go awry?

THE ‘POTTY TALK’ RULE

When Mommy introduces the new rule, “potty talk means potty break,” certain words are only to be used when necessary (like when you actually have to ‘go’). BUT (not that kind of butt!), since little Matty finds these words too hilarious not to say aloud, he quickly learns this consequence will stop him from doing his other activities. Through all the laughter, will he be able to resist sharing ALL of his favorite potty words or will he entice others to share one of theirs and risk everyone needing to go for a potty break?

THE ‘NO INTERRUPTING’ RULE

When Mommy introduces the new rule, “no interrupting,” little Matty finds this way too difficult (especially when it comes to sharing jokes.) After asking the readers to talk amongst themselves so he can practice, he quickly realizes this new rule is harder than he thought. Will Matty be able to overcome the urge to blurt out every joke that comes to mind, or will he need help from his mom and the readers for ideas to help him wait his turn?

THE THREE STINKY PIGS AND THE BIG BAD BATH

This fractured fairy tale tells the story of three stinky pigs and their Mama Pig who insists it is time for a bath. Even with mud from head to toe and flies swarming their heads, these three stinky pigs are reluctant to get in the bath. Chaos ensues as Mama Pig chases them through the house, looking for her little pigs and hollering, “Stinky pigs, stinky pigs, you need a bath!” But, they have a response for her, “Not with the dirt on our tummy, tum, tums!” Will they come out of hiding to get in the bath or will Mama Pig have to entice them to ensure the bath is fun and safe?

IF I HAD A PET KOALA

As one curious child wonders what it would be like to have a koala for a pet, he quickly learns he will have a difficult time keeping the koala awake!
